The Reset

A wonderfully relaxing treatment style that aids in resetting the nervous system. Utilizing the fascia on the underside of the skull and vertebrae (dura mater) and communing with the CranioSacral rhythm to cultivate ease of movement from the inside out. These techniques are applied very gently and offer an approach to many types of dysfunctions.

CranioSacral Therapy

Feeling a little soggy? Lymph drainage will be your best friend! This treatment style is gentle but effective. Utilizing a rhythmic approach these techniques give our lymph system a boost. This can result in reduced swelling & congestion, increased immune response, and engagement of our parasympathetic response.
